This course is intended for advanced users of the Outlook application software, which is part of Microsoft Office. It is recommended that the attendee have basic keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of Windows XP or later. The attendee should have also completed the Outlook Essential Skills course.

We will build on the main features of Outlook, together with some tips and shortcuts to help you get the most benefit from your system.

In this course we will build on some of the basic features such as:

  • Advanced views - customising, creating and saving.
  • Contact management including phone calls and letters.

It is important that you use your new skills as soon as possible on completion of this training course. We encourage you to take your own notes, and to review this Course Guide once you are back at work.
