Cancellation, Transfer & Refund
Attendance & Withdrawal
If a student doesn't attend on two consecutive days reasonable effort will be made by the Training Manager or co-ordinator to contact the student (or his/her agent) by phone and/or email to ascertain the reasons and to offer help or advice. A medical certificate may be required if you are absent for two or more days.
If non-attendance continues for three consecutive days without contact or notification the Training Manager or Centre Manager will attempt to ascertain the reasons and to offer help or advice and will inform the student (or his/her agent) in writing that they are in danger of being removed from the course. This communication is recorded in the Contact Management System. Non-attendance for three consecutive days without notification or reasonable cause is regarded as withdrawing from the course and a refund may apply. Students must apply in writing to the CEO of ACE for a refund stating the reasons for withdrawal. This communication is recorded in the Contact Management System.
