The Foundation course is held over three days and includes a voucher for the Foundation exam. You will learn how to successfully manage multiple projects and programmes. Through this course you will gain the theoretical knowledge of how to plan, manage and deliver a programme from start to finish. (The Practitioner course covers real life scenarios and helps you build your skills in leading and managing a programme).
The MSP 5th Edition course emphasises more flexibility, adaptability and responsiveness by adopting an incremental approach to the programme lifecycle, thus enabling organisational agility.
Foundation Exam:
- Multiple choice questions
- 60 questions per paper with one mark available per question
- 36 marks required to pass (out of 60 marks available) - 60%
- 60 minutes’ duration
- Closed book.
The Practitioner course is held over one and a half days and includes a voucher for the Practitioner exam. It has a workshop style so that you learn how to apply the techniques and rules. You will review the MSP integrated framework and navigate the principles, themes and processes. You will learn how to analyse information and to then determine how the parts relate to one another and the MSP Framework.
